Dr. Fiona Pinto
MD, BBA, MPH-HM, FRCPC
Dr. Fiona Pinto is an FRCPC Emergency Medicine Physician at the University of Toronto. She has a robust foundation in Quality Improvement (QI) and patient flow optimization as evidenced by her MPH in Health Management from Harvard University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Pinto has demonstrated a profound commitment to healthcare administration, operations management, and quality improvement. Her specialty training in Emergency Medicine (EM) at McGill University has equipped her with the expertise to lead and innovate in high-pressure healthcare environments.
She is also passionate about advancing Emergency Medicine research and is the Emergency Department Research Director for her hospital. She is also an Executive Board Member of the Ontario Medical Association (OMA) Women Committee as well as the Toronto Women in Emergency Medicine committee. Outside of medicine she serves as the Executive Director of Education and Outreach for the Harvard Club of Toronto
